• Feeling and hearing nasty, mean or attacking thoughts against self and others that do not seem to be your own.
• Feeling like you are being watched and seeing shadows in the corner of your eye, or even a person that seems to be there one minute and not the next.
• Thinking of a person excessively, they may enter your mind for no reason or your dreams, continuously and with heavy emotions attached to them.
• Realising or remembering that life wasn't this bad, and this current reality doesn't feel completely right.
• Seeing black shadows moving around the home or near you anywhere you go.
• Smells, sounds, and voices or shadow figures that are unexplained and feel like tricks of the mind.

The Law of Vibration - Everything within our Universe consists of layers of vibrational frequency that are on multi dimensional scales.
